Plaintiff Greenstreak, Inc. ("Greenstreak") and defendant Foam Molders, Inc., (FMI) through their undersigned attorneys of record, hereby stipulate and agree that FMI shall have until Tuesday, January 21, 2003 to answer or otherwise plead to the Greenstreak Complaint served upon FMI.

THIS MATTER came before the Court by the above stipulation to extend time for Defendant FMI to Answer or Otherwise Plead:

NOW, THEREFORE,

IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant FMI shall have until Tuesday, January 21, 2003 to answer or otherwise plead to the Greenstreak Complaint.
