Order entered on November 10, 1961, denying defendant's motion to dismiss the second amended complaint, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. The sole ground advanced was that the matters set forth in the complaint are exclusively within the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board.
