[Docs. 8-9.] It appears that the filing at docket entry #8 contained the party's mailing address in the signature block, email address, and telephone number. The filing at docket entry #9 appears to have omitted the party's mailing address, email address, and telephone number, pursuant to Rule 23(a)(4), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
