Upon due consideration of the status report filed by respondent on May 25, 2022, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of above-docketed and related proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before January 20, 2023, file with the Court further written reports advising of the then-present status of the case, in particular the progress made towards resolution, by settlement or otherwise, of the issues raised in these matters.
