ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondents Nanette J. Albanese, Village of Scarsdale, Town of Scarsdale, Board of Assessment Review of Town of Scarsdale, and Assessor of Town of Scarsdale, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 25, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 12, 2013, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
