ORDER
Christian N. Weiler Judge
On September 22, 2023, petitioners filed an unopposed Motion to Extend Certain Pretrial Deadlines. In the Motion, petitioners indicate how the parties have resumed discussions to proceed to trial in one of these consolidated matters, and whereby the other three consolidated cases would be bound by the outcome of the single case. Petitioners also indicate how, if the parties agree to be bound by one case, it is likely that the parties would need to file fewer expert reports. Petitioners' Motion requests the following amendments to the Court's Order served on March 23, 2023: expert reports now due to be lodged and exchanged by October 3, 2023, would be due on October 10, 2023; rebuttal expert reports now due to be lodged and exchanged by October 31, 2023 would be due by November 7, 2023; and with respect to any motion in limine relating to rebuttal expert reports, such motions may be argued orally at the Court's convenience.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' unopposed Motion to Extend Certain Pretrial Deadlines is granted. It is further
ORDERED that the Court's March 23, 2023, order is amended as follows; expert written reports are now due to be lodged with the Court and exchanged between the parties by October 10, 2023; rebuttal expert reports are now due to be lodged with the Court and exchanged between the parties by November 7, 2023, and with respect to any motion in limine relating to rebuttal expert reports, such motions may be made at trial. It is further
ORDERED that all other aspects of the Court's Order served on March 23, 2023, shall remain in full force and effect.
