This case is set for trial at a Special Session of the Court, commencing on March 14, 2022 in Atlanta, GA. On October 29, 2021, respondent moved for an order to compel the deposition of petitioner Bobby A. Branch under Rule 74(c). Rule 74(c)(3)(B) requires the Court to order petitioners to file a written objection or response thereto. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before November 12, 2021, petitioners shall file an objection or response to respondent's motion to compel the deposition of petitioner Bobby A. Branch.
