Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 21, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kate H. Nepveu, Esq., dated August 27, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 1, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 10, 2014, and inserting in its place the date October 10, 2014.
