DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Claim No. 129958.)

Motion to deem appeal perfected or, in the alternative, for extension of time to perfect appeal and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to deem appeal perfected is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and for further relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 4, 2019. Pursuant to 22 NYCRR 850.9 (b) (3) and 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (a), (e), the appeal may be perfected upon an original and five copies of a reproduced full record and an original and five copies of the appellant's brief, or one copy of the complete record on appeal and an original and five copies of the appellant's brief and appendix, and an additional unbound hard copy of any document filed.
