Green v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
May 27, 1998
709 So. 2d 1390 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1998)

Opinion

No. 96-02408.

May 27, 1998

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Joseph G. Donahey, Jr., Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Frank D.L. Winstead, Assistant Public Defender, Clearwater, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Michael J. Scionti, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Anwar Green challenges the revocation of his probation. We affirm the revocation, but remand for the entry of a written order. See Hillman v. State, 663 So.2d 671 (Fla. 2d DCA 1995). The trial court made extensive findings at the revocation hearing from which it may enter an order listing the specific conditions of probation it found that Green violated.

Affirmed, but remanded.

THREADGILL, A.C.J., and BLUE, J., concur.
