ORDER

In an opinion delivered on December 16, 2015, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals reversed our judgment in this appeal, and remanded the case to this court to address appellant's remaining points of error. See Green v. State, No. PD-738-14, 2015 WL 8958878 (Tex. Crim. App. Dec. 16, 2015). The mandate was issued on January 11, 2016. Accordingly, the parties may submit amended briefs addressing the remaining points of error. The appellant's amended brief, if any, is due within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. The appellee's amended brief, if any, will be due thirty (30) days after the appellant's amended brief is filed in this court. If either party chooses not to file an amended brief, the party is ORDERED to promptly notify the court of such fact.
