DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for stenographic transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the appeal as set forth in section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for stenographic transcripts is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event claimant seeks and obtains an extension of time to perfect the appeal.
