ON MOTION TO REINSTATE APPEAL AND TO APPOINT COUNSEL ON APPEAL


The motion of appellant to reinstate his appeal is sustained and appellant is granted forty days within which to file his brief on appeal.

The motion for appointment of counsel on appeal is denied.
