Courtney Green, self-represented, in support of the petition.
On consideration of the plaintiff’s petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 211 Conn. App. 152, 271 A.3d 1138 (2022), it is ordered as follows:
"The petition is granted, the judgment of the Appellate Court is reversed, and the case is remanded to that court with direction to remand the case to the trial court with direction to deny the defendants’ motion to dismiss and for further proceedings in light of Cooke v. Williams, 349 Conn. 451, 316 A.3d 278 (2024)."
