Order modified so as to provide that the discovery and inspection be limited from January 1, 1934, to and including February 8, 1936, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. The discovery and inspection will proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur.
