Green v. Green

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jan 5, 1967
193 So. 2d 481 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1967)

Opinion

No. 360.

January 5, 1967.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; R.O. Morrow, Judge.

Charles H. Warwick, III, and Edwin S. Reynolds of Warwick, Paul Herring, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Gustave T. Broberg, Jr., of Coe Broberg Reid, Palm Beach, for appellee.

The defendant, Ann D. Green, in a divorce action appeals a post-decretal order reducing the amount of monthly alimony required to be paid by the plaintiff-husband.

The court has carefully considered the appeal papers, the brief and oral argument of counsel for the parties. From such consideration we find no reversible error.

Affirmed.

WALDEN, C.J., ANDREWS, J., and SAMPLE, WALLACE, Associate Judge, concur.
