District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Nov 21, 2006
941 So. 2d 1260 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2006)

Opinion

No. 1D06-4263.

November 21, 2006.

An appeal from an order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission.

Gloria Green, pro se, Appellant.

Geri Atkinson-Hazelton, General Counsel, Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission, Tallahassee, for Appellees.

Upon consideration of the appellant's response to the Court's order of September 20, 2006, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal, which was filed more than 30 days after rendition of the order on appeal, failed to timely invoke the Court's jurisdiction. Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(b). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed as untimely.
