Arthur Living Trust to sell the Trust Property in the Estate ofFile No. 2012-3948/G Gerald W. Arthur, also known as Gerald Arthur, Deceased.


Petitioners-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the So Ordered Stipulation of Settlement of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about June 21, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2018 Term.
