The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in Green v. Dixon, SC22-399, 2022 WL 1548559 (Fla. May 17, 2022), in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So.2d 1253 (Fla. 2004). No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
