CECELIA ANN GREEN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 29, 2022, petitioner filed a document that she designated as a Motion for Summary Judgment. However, upon review of that filing, the Court notes that the request for relief therein is more akin to a motion for entry of decision. Accordingly, we will recharacterize petitioner's Motion and direct the parties as set forth below.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Motion is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, or the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision.
