ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

This consolidated case is calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On February 25, 2022, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment and a memorandum in support of motion for partial summary judgment. On March 2, 2022, the Court issued an order directing petitioners to file on or before March 30, 2022, a response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment.

On March 22, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for extension of time, requesting therein additional time to file petitioners' response to respondent's pending motion for partial summary judgment filed February 25, 2022. Additionally, petitioners represented that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioners' motion for extension of time.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for extension of time filed March 22, 2022, is granted and the time within which petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to and including April 29, 2022. 1
