On May 22, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. The Court notes that the Application is incomplete: Although petitioner has checked the "Yes" box indicating that she receives income from salary or wages, she has not listed the amount received per month, as required by the Court. Because petitioner has not established that she lacks the ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further
ORDERED that the Court's Order served June 1, 2023, at Docket Index No. 4 is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further
ORDERED that that, on or before July 5, 2023, petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. Instructions on how to pay the Court's filing fee are available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the filing fee by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case.
