Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 11, 2016 and November 10, 2016 and to consolidate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated February 11, 2016 is denied, without costs, on the grounds that the motion papers fail to set forth facts showing merit to the appeal as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated November 10, 2016 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to December 30, 2016, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is denied, without costs, as academic.
