This consolidated case is calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On April 29, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19, 19633-19, 19634-19, and 19635-19. On the same day, petitioner filed a brief and an unsworn declaration of exhibits in support of motion for partial summary judgment.

Additionally, on April 29, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and the two other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19 and 19633-19. On the same day, petitioner filed a brief and an unsworn declaration of exhibits in support of motion for partial summary judgment.

On May 4, 2022, the Court issued an order directing respondent to file a response on or before June 6, 2022, to petitioner's motion for partial summary judgment filed April 29, 2022, with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19, 19633-19, 19634-19, and 19635-19. The Court's order further directed respondent to file a response on or before June 6, 2022, to petitioner's motion for partial summary judgment filed April 29, 2022, with respect to this consolidated case and the two other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19 and 19633-19.

On June 1, 2022, respondent filed a motion for extension of time requesting therein additional time to file respondent's respective responses to petitioner's motions for partial summary judgment. Furthermore, in respondent's motion for extension of time, respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time filed June 1, 2022, is granted and the time within which respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion for partial summary judgment filed April 29, 2022, with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19, 19633-19, 19634-19, and 19635-19, is extended to and including July 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time filed June 1, 2022, is granted and the time within which respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion for partial summary judgment filed April 29, 2022, with respect to this consolidated case and the two other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19 and 19633-19, is extended to and including July 6, 2022.
