ORDER

On April 14, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report. In the report the parties indicate how discovery is ongoing and how respondent would like to set this case set for a one-week special trial session, while petitioner indicated how it would prefer another status report in 90 days prior to setting a special trial session. On May 24, 2023, a conference call with the parties and the Court was held, whereby petitioners' counsel identified 3 other potential related cases also before the Court, namely: (1) Harman Road Property, docket number: 12304-20, (2) 970 Turner Property, docket number: 13663-20, and (3) Tigner Property, docket number: 13271-20. It was agreed that the parties were to discuss potential consolidation for trial and/or agreements to abide in these matters to maximize efficiency and minimize the parties time and costs.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that a video status conference (on Microsoft Teams) with the Court and the parties herein is set for July 12, 2023, at 10:00a.m. (EST) to discuss trial preparation of this matter and potential consolidation of these matters. The Court will separately furnish counsel for the parties' dial-in information for the video status conference, and if counsel for the parties is unavailable at this scheduled time, counsel is to notify Chambers by calling (202) 521-0649 as soon as possible.
