ORDER

ALINA I. MARSHALL, JUDGE

This consolidated case is calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On February 25, 2022, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment and a memorandum in support of motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19, 19632-19, 19634-19 and 19635-19. On the same day, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment and a memorandum in support of motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and two of the other four consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19 and 19632-19.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 30, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment filed February 25, 2022, with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19, 19632-19, 19634-19 and 19635-19. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 30, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment filed February 25, 2022, with respect to this consolidated case and two of the other four consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19631-19 and 19632-19.
