Great Lakes Capital Fund for Housing v. Erwin Companies LLC

LC No. 18-035570-CB

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to waive fees is DENIED because the affidavit in support of the motion does not reasonably show an inability to pay the $375 entry fee. Particularly, the affidavit does not provide a comprehensive listing of appellant's income, significant assets, and routine expenses. The Court also takes notice that appellant was able to make a $600 payment of assessed costs to this Court in JPMorgan Chase Bank NA v Erwin Properties LLC, Court of Appeals Docket Number 351512, on September 8, 2021.

Within 21 days after the date of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the entry fee of $375. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of the appeal.
