Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the defendant's allegedly negligent operation of an automobile, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain and tried to the jury before Jackaway, J.; verdict and judgment for the defendant, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
