Grayson v. State

Supreme Court of Florida
Jun 15, 2009
13 So. 3d 57 (Fla. 2009)

Opinion

No. SC09-778.

June 15, 2009.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 5D09-388, 05-2002-CF-060294-C, 05-2001-CF-031819-A, 05-2004-CF-050678-A.

Because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to reinstatement of the appeal in Case No. 5D09-388, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000).

PARIENTE, CANADY, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
