KAREN M. GRAYHALL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On January 18, 2023, a document was filed in the above-docketed matter under the designation "Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel". However, the underlying submission appears instead to be intended as a Substitution of Counsel. Yet such attempt would further be improper because it seems that two attorneys are attempting to enter via the purported "substitution".

Accordingly, the premises considered and given the ambiguities and discrepancies noted, it is

ORDERED that the document filed by respondent January 18, 2023, at Docket Entry #8, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
