ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN JUSTICE

Before us is appellant's attorney's, Marcus T. Olds, motion to withdraw from representation of appellant and motion to abate this appeal to the trial court for appointment of new appellate counsel. We GRANT both motions, and we ABATE this appeal to the trial for appointment of substitute appellate counsel. The trial court shall file a supplemental clerk's record containing the court's order appointing new counsel pursuant to this order within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

The appeal will be reinstated after the trial court transmits to this Court an order appointing new counsel for appellant or at such other time as the Court deems proper.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send copies of this order to the Honorable James P. Fallon, 15th Judicial District Court, Grayson County; Lori Barnett, court reporter for the 15th Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
