This appeal from summary denial of motion for post-conviction relief under Fla.R. Crim.P. 3.850 being presented pursuant to Fla.R.App.P. 9.140(g) and the court having considered the record presented and the prior appeal by this defendant (330 So.2d 729), which was dismissed with prejudice because the defendant was at large as a fugitive from justice, the denial of the motion is affirmed.

Affirmed.
