ROBERT GRAY, Defendant Appellant, v. STATE OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff Appellee.

Court Below—Superior Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County Cr. ID 1102000340

ORDER

This 10th day of April 2012, it appears to the Court that, on March 16, 2012, the State filed a motion to dismiss this appeal on the ground that appellant had completed serving the entirety of his sentence, rendering the appeal moot. Appellant has failed to respond to the motion to dismiss within the required ten-day period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme

Court Rules 3(b)(2), 29(b), and 30(c) that the within appeal is DISMISSED.

BY THE COURT:

Carolyn Berger

Justice
