Order vacating an interlocutory judgment for the annulment of marriage on the ground of fraud, reinstating defendant's amended answer, and restoring the cause to the Special Term Calendar for trial, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel and Wenzel, JJ., concur; MacCrate, J., not voting.
