Both appellant and appellee have filed motions to dismiss the appeal. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1), we grant appellant's motion. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). We deny appellee's motion as moot and dismiss the appeal. See id.
