GRAY MOUNTAIN, LLC, GRAY MOUNTAIN INVESTORS, LLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This conservation-easement case was one of many continued from the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. On June 28, 2024, respondent moved for entry of decision because the case had settled. His motion was made under Rule 248(b) which requires the Court to wait 60 days before granting it to see if any party objects. That waiting period has now expired. A check of the Court's docket showed that no one filed an objection, so it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for entry of decision is granted.
