GRAY MOUNTAIN, LLC, GRAY MOUNTAIN INVESTORS, LLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case is one of a possibly related pair of syndicated conservation-easement cases that was on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. We continued the case so the parties could to try to settle at IRS Appeals. That did not work out, but the parties wanted to try to settle, or at least narrow the issues to be tried, even without IRS Appeals' help. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before January 8, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a joint status report describing their progress at narrowing the issues to be tried.
