Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge.

On January 4, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index # 8). Upon review it was seen that in the heading of the second page of the Proposed Stipulated Decision document, the docket number displayed is different from the docket number in the caption of this case. Therefore, the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed January 4, 2023, is erroneous, and we will strike it and instruct the parties to file a corrected one.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby:

ORDERED that the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision filed January 4, 2023, (index #8) is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 20, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision document including the correct docket number in the heading on the second page matching the docket number in this cases' caption.
