The petitioner's petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel was filed, by the mailbox rule, on November 18, 2013. The mandate issued in the direct appeal case number 2D10–5727 on November 10, 2011. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as untimely. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(d)(5).
