ORDER GRANTING RULE 26(1) FIRST UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR 30 DAY EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE INITIAL BRIEF

CURRENTLY BEFORE the Court is Appellant, Rising Sun Estates, LLC and Jack McLeod, and files this Rule 26(1), First Unopposed Motion for a 30 day extension of time to file the Opening Brief in this matter. Counsel for Appellee has been contacted and does not object to the Motion. Upon review of the file and the Motion, this Court finds it is filed for Good Cause Shown. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Appellee's Motion is Granted and Appellee shall have until July 1,2023 to file its Opening Brief in this case. DATED this t day of May, 2023.
