MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, Brionna Darshelle Granger, has filed in this court a motion to dismiss her appeal. In the motion, Appellant requests that this court withdraw her notice of appeal and dismiss the appeal in this cause. The motion is signed by Appellant's counsel, and the letter attached to the motion is signed by Appellant. Consequently, we dismiss the appeal pursuant to Rule 42.2 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.

The motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
