An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 5, 2011, and petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to renew a prior motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel that was denied by order entered September 12, 2011, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Shawn Granger, sworn to September 28, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
