On January 29, 2019, this court issued an order abating the appeal and directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine why appellant had not filed a brief. That order was filed in error. Our Abatement Order of January 29, 2019 is withdrawn. The appeal is reinstated. Appellant's Motion to Abate his appeal and Motion for Extension of Time to File his Brief is still pending.
