The Petition filed in this case on April 11, 2022, does not comply with Rule 34(b)(7) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure because it does not include petitioner's signature. Petitioner's signature on the proposed stipulated decision filed October 25, 2022, verifies petitioner's intention to file and prosecute the case in this forum.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that when the stipulated decision is entered, the Petition filed on April 11, 2022, shall be deemed ratified and affirmed.
