Defendant-appellant-respondent having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 14, 2014 and October 6, 2015, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the June 2017 Term.
