Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Years 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023, filed June 21, 2023, and there being no objection to the granting of such Motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to the taxable years 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023. It is further

ORDERED that all references in the Petition to the taxable years 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023 are deemed stricken.

Petitioner is informed that so much of this case relating to the Notice of Deficiency issued to him for the taxable year 2020 remains pending before the Court.
