On February 24, 2022, Andrew D. Lendrum, counsel for petitioner, filed a motion to withdrawal as counsel, indicating therein that there is no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED: That counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel filed February 24, 2022, is granted and Andrew D. Lendrum is withdrawn as counsel for petitioner.
