ORDER
Pending before the Court is the State's motion to forward original exhibits to the Court pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 34.6(g)(2). The State's motion is GRANTED. The District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, is directed to prepare and forward to the Court a Supplemental Clerk's Record to include the Appellant's video-recorded statements which are contained on one DVD and admitted into evidence as State's Exhibit 48 on or before April 23, 2014. The original exhibit will be returned to the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas at the conclusion of the appeal.
