In re Johnnie Lee Graham, applying for writs of certiorari or review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit. Parish of Bossier.


Granted. The pleadings are sufficiently broad to encompass a demand for penalties and attorney's fees. This case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for it to consider and decide the issue.
