ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case originally set for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 7, 2022, at the Celebrezze Federal Building located at 1240 East 9th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, Courtroom No. 3013. At that time, both parties appeared to address the below described motion.

On October 17, 2022, respondent had filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for a Lack of Prosecution. During the hearing on that motion, on November 7, 2022, the parties informed the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached and requested thirty (30) days to file decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is denied as moot. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
